Default Can I select which programs in Office 2007 to install?

I've installed Office 2007 but would like to revert back to Excel 2003. Is
this possible to do while keeping PowerPoint 2007?

No reason why you can't have both Excel 2003 and 2007 on the same
computer. Yes you can have Excel 2003 and Powerpoint 2007 on the same
computer. But when installing multiple versions of Office on the same
computer, Microsoft suggests that you install in order from oldest to
newest.

Can I just uninstall Excel 2007? Remove programs only gives me the option to
remove all of Office 2007

Change programs will allow you to set Excel 2007 to "not available".
