EMAIL HOW DO I CHANGE THE SIGNATURE

I use Internet Explorer and I can't figure out how to change my email
signature. Tools/Options/ I can't find mail tab anywhere in IE.

Mail signature is nothing to do with IE, and IE is not a mail application.
What Mail application are you using, Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express
or?

Are you using a web-based email? If so, you need to ask the support staff
for whatever site you're using. It's not an Office issue.

Tricia,

I am assuming you are using Outlook Express version 6. If this is so then
you can change or add your signature as follows:

1) On the Tools menu, click Options, and then click the Signatures tab.

2) To create a signature, click New and then either enter text in the Edit
Signature box or click File, and then find the text or HTML file you'd like
to use.

3) Select the Add signatures to all outgoing messages check box.

If you are using Outlook then please let us know so that we can give you
step by step instructions.
