It might have been nice if you said what your rule was set to do.

Default Outlook 2007 Rules In Error "Cannot Reply to Message"

For me, the same error is reported when I have an out-of-office-like rule
engaged. When the rule is on, Outlook 2007 receives the message, reports the
rule to be in error stating that it Cannot reply to message, and then turns
the Rule off.

It makes it challenging to let people know when I'm gone. It happens on
different systems, which leads me to believe it's not specific to a
particular problem on a particular machine.

Yes on the template. I have a template and it has been identified with the
link in the rule.

I'm not familiar with the 'clean rules switches' you are asking about. If
you are referring to the 'clear categories on mail' rule that seems to be
preinstalled with Outlook 2007, it is turned 'on' on one of the systems I
having this problem with and it is 'off' on the other.

Thanks,

Mike

Does anyone have any more insight on how to get the Out of Office rule to work?

Thanks,

Mike
