Default Office Tweak File

When I reformat my hard drive and reinstall Office, it takes me a good deal
of time to tweak the toolbars, menus, etc., the way I want them. Is there a
file I can backup so I don't have to do it again and again?

Thank you very much.

Image the drive, but why in the world are you reformatting the drive so
often so as to make this setup an issue!?!?

Try File & Setting Transfer Wizard in the Windows menus.
