Need Help Installing Office 2003
I purchased Office Professional 2003 and when I attempt to install it, I am
informed that I need a newer version of Windows. The System Requirements for the Office disk states that it requires Windows XP or Windows 2000 with Service Pack 3 or later. I have Windows Millennium and when I try to install Service Pack 1, 2, or 3 - I receive a message that states, "The W2KSP2(1)EXE file is linked to missing export NTDLL.DLLstrstr." Another box then opens that states, "Windows can not access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item." I am the only user of my computer and should have no user restrictions. Please provide guidance on these issues. Thanks. |
