Default Sent Email I did not Send

Dear Computer Experts, PLEASE HELP!!!
I got this email (see below) in my outlook express 6.0,
noting I tried to send this email and the person is
unknown.
1. I did not type up or ever send this email.
2. my email changed from @attbi.com to @comcast.net
nearly a year ago when Comcast took over ATT.
3. This is not the first time I have received an email
like this.

Please Help.
I run Norton Anti-Virus all the time.

Thank you,
Tim Chandler
