outlook cannot find email editor
I just loaded Outlook 2002 SP3 on a new HP Pavilion. I had been using it on
a Dell without problems. Now I cannot get it to use Word as the editor. I set it in Tools-Options-Mail Format, but then when I try to create a new email or even forward/Reply, Outlook says it cannot locate Word and goes to Rich Text. It says Word is busy or could not be found.

Did you install Office XP? Outlook does not come with Word. You must install

Yes I had. I found out by trial and error that after settting Word as the

I am having similar issue. Outlook 2002 upgraded from word 2002 to home and
student 2007 and now outlook cannot find the correct word email editor to use. HELP!
