Default TOC - Page Numbering

The page numbers in the TOC is in Roman numerals. How do
I change it to arabic numbers?

You don't – the TOC picks up the page numbers that are there on the
pages (as a section property).

To change these, place your cursor on such a page, go to View | Header
and Footer, and clikc on the "Format Page Number" button on the H&F toolbar.
