Default Visio Save As .jpg

We have a Visio diagram that fits perfectly on legal paper, 8 1/2 by 14.

Because some of our vendors do not have Visio, we have been asked to save
the Visio diagram as a jpg or pdf file.

When we tried saving as a jpg file, our formatting got all screwed up. It
appears a lot larger in jpg than it did in Visio. And now it looks as though
we'll have to shrink everything up on the Visio side before saving it as a
jpg.

Is there any way around this??? Is there a setting or short cut or tool we
can use so we don't have to reformat EVERYTHING in Visio in order to make it
appear in jpg format???

Please let me know and Thanks in Advance for your help!

You will get poor results with jpg.
PDF is much better but you will need to purchase something that can create
PDF files, such as Adobe Acrobat

Alternatively, tell your vendor to download the re Microsoft Visio
Viewer....
