Since there is no way to forward engineer a db (create the ddl script I need)
from my database model, I will need to print out all of my drawing pages but
cannot for the life of me figure out how to print out any of the database
properties. Any ideas?

Visio Enterprise Architect in the higher end editions of Visual Studio does
forward engineer databases...
(Beware : VS 2003 contains Visio 2002, and VS 2005 contains Visio 2003)

There is a report function under the tools item in the menu. It can gather
some of the data that you have put in. It has known deficiencies and
inadequacies that we hope to see fixed in the future.
