Default Outlook upgrade help

I upgraded to Office 2007. Outlook imported everything for my default
identity but not my second. Everything for the second identity disappeared. I
tried to add the second identity like I have in the past but outlook is
putting the new emails for both identities in one inbox. It is not letting me
"switch identities" as with previous outlook. How do I create separate
identity and recover my emails & contacts?
