Default Does length of single page have limitation

I see that the email newsletter template (custom) looks fine within
publisher, however, when I email preview it or send as email message, the
bottom part looses alignment on its own, am wondering if there is something
I'm not aware of?
Can someone help?

A PDF is the best way to keep your formatting as you like. However, here is
