question on pivot table
i have a column which states months. Before i had abbreviations for the
months and now i want them to be full names. when i changed them the drop down list for the month field in the pivot table shows the abbreviated names as well. is there any way to get rid of them without making a new pivot table. thanks --- Message posted from http://www.ExcelForum.com/ |

Remove the month field from the pivot table, then refresh and then add the month field again. Hopefully this helps. regards -----Original Message----- i have a column which states months.
