office 2007 plus

problem installing office 2007 professional plus in the middle of
installation with product key on it, prompt you with missing ww.proplus.cab
i tried installing to hd okey but with the same prompt in middle of it. reest
pc win vista to original setting no avail, any solution, is highly
appreciated ordibary people need answer. thanks.

From where did you obtain the Office Professional Plus edition? Ask your IT
department for support as this is a volume license only SKU.

what do you mean where did i got it, it personnel will help me? first of all
the product key is valid you could not even proceed if the product key is not
genuine, my question is ww.proplus.cab is then from a separate cd or from our
it support if that is what u mean, can they provide it or its missing from
the cd write off the butt when i bought it. simple question need simple
answer. thanks.

You got the simple answer from Milly

Your version is a volume licence version only supplied by authorised
Companies/Organisations. Its not a retail version & as such support has to
come from the supplier, which is not MS
There are numerous pirated versions of volume licences, which is why Milly
asked where you obtained it.
Office 2007 is supplied on a single DVD, or possibly on two cd's
