I have the same problem. I've installed Office 2003 on a Vista Home Premium,
and get the same messages for any of the office suite programs. I've downloaded the suggested file for 2007 but when i try to instal it it says it's already ben applied as part of an update. This may have been the SP3 that I'd installed? So what else can I try? |

Why install an Office 2007 update if you have Office 2003?
Does this mean you actually have an Office 2007 trial installed, that you failed to uninstall prior to installing Office 2003? "Gdaymate" wrote in message ... I have the same problem. I haven't come across any other suggestions for fixing the problem so i tried it! I just have Office 2003, that's all, no Office 2007 of any sort. |

There is no origonator of this thread, only you, because you seem to have
started a new thread, perhaps because you are using the web interface "Gdaymate" wrote in message ... "DL" wrote: Why install an Office 2007 update if you have Office 2003? Office application version does not match with Office 2003. Help
I had the same problem - my new Vista pc had a trial version of Office 2007 and when the trial ended I installed 2003. The msg came up everytime I opened office. Uninstalling business contact manager has fixed it.
