Are you viewing the "Format Preview"? Do you have any code in your report?

Hello,

yeah i have some format_detail code, figured out it was because
format_detail runs twice, once when previewed and once when printed. i have
asked in a different thread how you can figure out if code is running in
preview or print

thanks

Hi a - this goes a long way back when printers came always set up for the US.
Check you printer defaults. They can be different. Can happen when someone
sets up a different paper size for a special project and sets the printer as
the Default, then forgets to set it back. Yours - Dika
