Default Changing Date format in Inbox 'Recieved' tab

the date display in the 'recieved' tab is in American
format (e.g. Sat 5/29/2004) and I want to change it to UK
format (e.g. Sat 29/5/2004) but can't find where to do it -
any ideas?

If you're running Windows XP, what happens if you change your Regional
Settings in Control Panel? (StartControl PanelDate, Time, Language, and
Regional OptionsRegional and Language Options. Change the top drop-down to
say "English (United Kingdom)"
