Default Printing with MS Publisher 2007

When I try to print a document with the trial version of MS Publisher 2007,
the print preview looks good, but it prints off-center. I'm using a custom
page size of 3" x 2.5" to print on the bottom half of an index card with the
idea of creating a top fold-over card. It was working fine a couple of months
ago. Any ideas?

What is the size of the index card? 5 X 3? Are you certain you are feeding the
stock correctly into your printer?
When you print a half page you have to be aware of the center of your creation.
Arrange, Page layout, set your margins, grid guide tab, two rows, spacing two
times your top margin.

The trial is usually good for 60 days, maybe time is running out.
