Default Outlook meeting invite with 2 different dates

Is it possible in Poutlook 2007 to send an invite with 2 different dates and
request that the recipient chooses one of these dates?

We have done this with an email and used the voting button, but the replies
then have to be sorted and entered into the calendar. If we could send an
invite with 2 optional dates that when a date was chosen sent an accept and
entered into the diary this would be better.
