Default Clip art in Publisher 2002

PLEASE NOTE BEFORE INSTALLING SP2, I DID NOT HAVE THIS PROBLEM!

When I want to modify a piece of clip art in 2002, I go to "ungroup" and I
now get a message stating the folowing: This is an imported picture, not a
group. Do you want to convert it to a Microsoft Drawing object? I select
"yes" and my clip art becomes a white box, nothing is visible. Very rarely
did Publisher ask me this same question, but when I did I would still get the
graphic and be able to modify it how I needed, that is no longer the
situation. Again, I used to modify my clip art in Publisher all the time
before installing SP2, but now it is not allowing me. PLEASE HELP! Thanks!

Do you have the Office XP service packs? There are three.

Do you have view, pictures, detailed display checked?
Does this happen will all images?
The service pack might have affected your video driver. Some video drivers lost their
compatibility when the service pack was applied. You could look into that by going to
the manufacturer's web site for support.
