Default Copying Contacts on same computer

I am trying to copy the same contacts within outlook 2003, just from one
folder to another both under "contacts". So far I have just been retyping in
the information but as some lists are more extensive than others this gets a
bit tedious and I was hoping there might be an easier way to do this. Ex:
List 1=Pastors, List2=Pastors & Elders...want to copy names and information
from List1 to List2 without having to retype all entries. Does anyone know if
this is possible and if so, how to accomplish it?

Are you using Distribution Lists? Use categories instead. Create one
category called "Pastors" and one called "Elders". Assign thes categories to
your contacts ass appropriate. When you wish to send a message to one
collection or the other, display your contacts in the By Category view, select
the category you want, then click ActionNew Message to Contact.
