Team picture over two pages
I am doing a sports media guide using publisher 2007, letter booklet. I have
everything set and all prints fine with one exception. I have a team picture that I want to be across two pages. When I print it there is a gap in between. I tried setting the margins to 0 but it still occurs. Please advise. |

Either use one large page for that photo or use software to split the
picture. -- JoAnn Paules MVP Microsoft [Publisher] Tech Editor for "Microsoft Publisher 2007 For Dummies" "Colleen" wrote in message ... If it is the center pages of the booklet, simply stretch the picture to fit. How
is the booklet laid out? Are you using a commercial printer with something other than a staple? If the picture is not on the center page... Insert the picture on page 2 (for example), resize to fit over page 2 and 3, copy/paste the picture, align exactly one on top the other. With the crop tool, crop the top picture left to the fold, crop the bottom picture right to the fold. -- Mary Sauer http://msauer.mvps.org/ "Colleen" wrote in message ... Thanks for your reply JoAnn. How would I use one large page within publisher
booklet? The pages are side to side but I do not see anyway to make it one. It would be a problem if I had to do it separate from the rest of the booklet because it is double-sided. What type of software would I use to split the picture? Thanks again for your help. Thanks Mary. I have stretched the picture to fit but it doesn't matter. It
is not in the center of the booklet. It is a letter booklet. I am doing my own printing, using a staple. What happens when you either print or look at print preview? If the picture is
on pages 6 & 7 for example, type 7,6. You need to type the larger number first. I put a PDF on my web site, maybe it will help. It is "Booklet Picture PDF" http://msauer.mvps.org/misc.htm -- Mary Sauer http://msauer.mvps.org/ "Colleen" wrote in message ... I tried...still isn't working.
