Default Copying formatted text

I've created a brochure using Word. The pages have been split into columns
of various widths. I now need to copy the document from its A4 format into
an A3 page, with 2 A4 pages per sheet. When I copy pages, the columns are
lost and only one column at a time is copied, with the font and size of the
text changed. Any suggestions??

Many thanks.

Change the sheet size to A3 and increase the width of the columns, font etc
by 1.414, then use the setting in the FilePrint dialog to print 2 pages per
sheet.

Hope this helps.
