how do I save/print document with clipart insert

I'm very new at this so it's probably just me. I set-up a flier in Word then
tried to add a backround . Each time I try to print it the backround is left
out. What am I not doing right. Please help!!!!

If a clipart object in your background is not printing, then click on Tools |
Options | View tab | check the "Drawings" box and uncheck the "Picture
placeholders" box | Print tab | check the "Drawing objects" box | OK.

If a fill color or pattern in your background is not printing, and you
inserted the fill by clicking on Format | Background, then you can make Word
2003 print the background fill by clicking on Tools | Options | Print |
check the "Print background
colors and images" box | OK. This print option is not available in earlier
versions of Word.
