I've copied clip art from the MS website into my Publisher document. When I
save it then reopen the doc later, the clip art no longer appears (tho the box is there). What am i doing wrong? |

Clear your cache, in IE, tools, Internet Options, delete files...
In Publisher make sure you have detailed display checked. Thanks for your answer, Mary. My cache is clear (I do it daily), and I made
sure ‘detailed display’ was checked in Publisher. When I opened my document this morning, the pictures were gone. I thought maybe the pictures were there and just hidden, but when I run my cursor over the frame, the message “empty picture frame” appears! Any other suggestions? I’m stumped. I’m losing time because I have to keep reinserting the clip art. HELP! "Mary Sauer" wrote: Clear your cache, in IE, tools, Internet Options, delete files... Publisher is more demanding on drivers than many other applications, you may want to
look into an upgraded video driver. Are you getting an error? Where are you getting the clipart? Are you using AOL? In IE, tools, Internet Options, settings, view objects, view, details, delete anything that is unknown or damaged. -- Mary Sauer MS MVP http://office.microsoft.com/ http://msauer.mvps.org/ news://msnews.microsoft.com "Ruth" wrote in message ...
