Clip art is not getting online clips
If am having this problem on one PC. When I do a search (in Word also), I
only get limited results. For isntance, if I search for "heart", I get 2 responses. On my other PCs, I get dozens of hits, and all of the other pictures (except for those 2)have a small globe in the corner. I assume that means it did a search online and pulled these results. If I look at the properties for all of these others, they are all located in the Temporary Internet Files folders, not in the Microsoft Office/Media folder. Can anyone tell me how to get Office to pull the rest of these pics? Thanks, Mike |

Be certain you are online. Empty your temp cache, in Internet Explorer, tools,
Internet Options, delete files. Thanks for the feedback. The PC is always connected to the Internet and I
tried clearing the temp files, but the search results are the same. It doesn't even seem to be trying to search outside the program. Is there a setting that would allow or prevent this? Thanks, Mike "Mary Sauer" wrote: Be certain you are online. Empty your temp cache, in Internet Explorer, tools, Internet Options, delete files. Clip art is not getting online clips
Thanks again for responding. Yes, I have.
Problem resolved. I know this was checked at some point recently, but I just thought to check where the Clip Art was pulling from again. Like I said, I know this was set to pull form "All Collections", but somehow that got reduced. Once I changed the "Search In" option to "All Collections" from the search window (Insert - Pictures - Clip Art), it pulled everything I was looking for. Thank you all for your help.
