Default MS Access 2002 SP-2 Combo Box Keyboard Scrolling

I have a form with 2 combo-boxes. When I attempt to use the down arrow
to scroll through the options in one of the boxes the next field in the
tab-index is highlighted.

Is there a setting that I need to change or does this require knowledge
of VB?

If VB - what code where can I find code to make this happen?
