View drawing object in Normal view
I created a graphic and text chart as a drawing object but I cannot see it in
Normal view. When I email it out, the recipient cannot see it. I want to build the document so others can view it in html and as an email attachment. Help! |

Try converting it to pdf. Drawing objects are not seen in normal (draft)
view, I think. Just double checked. If a drawing object is inline with text, it is seen in
normal view. I still don't recommend sending Word documents electronically unless you want the recipient to be able to edit the document. If you want the equivalent of sending a paper document, use pdf format. -- Charles Kenyon Word New User FAQ & Web Directory: http://addbalance.com/word Intermediate User's Guide to Microsoft Word (supplemented version of Microsoft's Legal Users' Guide) http://addbalance.com/usersguide See also the MVP FAQ: http://www.mvps.org/word which is awesome! --------- --------- --------- --------- --------- --------- This message is posted to a newsgroup.
