Default OPERATION FAILED

Outlook 2003 configured with connecting other's calander.
Sometime can connect clalander and update ok
Sometime it is giving error operation failed.
Everybody is using mailbox on server not persoanl folder.
I have got permission on others calander. Can access some time without any
problem
Sometime it syas operation failed or can not display.
