Default What are the settings for displaying Powerpoint on a big screen?

'My laptop used to do this just fine and now for some reason it just won't
work. I need to do a Powerpoint presentation on a large screen TV from my
laptop computer. When I go to my Intel Extreme Graphics icon in the bottom
right tray and go to output to Dual Display Clone then Notebook + Monitor, it
does not keep the setting. I have changed the sizes of the display until I
don't know what is normal. (Can't find any "go back to original settings")
Things may not be right in my Display Setting in control panel but I just
can't come up with the correct combination. Can anybody send me a link to
somewhere that has the correct setup?
