Default Opening Excel sheet with macro's on XP machines gives error

Hello,

I have an Excel sheet which has macro's written as well as
Calendar control used. This sheet was developed in Excel
97 (windows 98) environment. It works fine on windows 98
Excel 2000. while opening this sheet on an XP (Excel 2002)
machine an error is displayed syaing Illegal shutdown by
excel do you wnat to recover the sheet when excel opens
again. If we check this check box then the exvel sheet is
opened but the macro's are deleted and the calendar
controls too. Also all the command buttons are turned into
picture boxes. I have changed the security level from
Medium to Low but the problem persists.

This is pretty urgent. Can someone help soon.

Thanks and Warm Regards,

Dhanashree Bhat
