Different footers on every other slide - PP07 on Vista
I have a user who wants 1 footer on odd #ed slides, and a different footer on
even #ed slides. I don't think this can be done, or maybe it can, but not easily. Am I correct or not? Thank you. |

When your presentation is finalized, insert a text box with the footer text on a slide and copy it to every other slide, do the same with the second footer text. Best regards, Ute |

You can do this in 2007 fairly easily
Manually Use ctrl click to select all odd slides and then insert headers & footers. Tick footer and add the text click apply (not apply to all) Do the same but with even slides This doesn't actually take very long but if you have a huge number of slides or do this regularly it can also be done in code in seconds -- john ATSIGN PPTAlchemy.co.uk Free PPT Hints, Tips and Tutorials http://www.pptalchemy.co.uk/powerpoi...tutorials.html "LisaK" wrote: I have a user who wants 1 footer on odd #ed slides, and a different footer on even #ed slides.
