Default Office 2003 Installation

I have Office 2000 Professional installed on my Windows XP machine. I just
bought Office Professional (Enterprise Edition 2003); part number 269-08393.
Do I uninstall 2000 then install 2003 or just dive in and let the software
take over?

It will ask you during the installation whether you wish to leave the old
version intact (with the exception of Outlook) or whether you wish it to
uninstall Office 2000 and install 2003.

You cannot run more than one version of Outlook, they argue with each other
too much.

Any advantage to leaving the old version intact?
