Default Rename a diagram

Hello there,

after a lot of experimenting, my final diagram now
has the (automatically given) name of "Diagramm 106").

How can I customize that name to my needs ?

Kind regards,

H.G. Lamy

To manually change the name,

1. Select the diagram
2. Click in the Name box (to the left of the formula bar)
3. Type a new name for the diagram
4. Press the Enter key

Thank you, Debra,

I know that works for cell/range names - but when a chart is
selected, the name box doesn't accept any entries (with me).

What am I doing wrong ?

Regards,

H.G. Lamy

To select a chart object, press the Ctrl key, and click on the chart.
Then you should be able to rename it.
