How do I get the trial software to accept my product key?

You don't need a product key for trial version of M$ products (M$ is
wasting time distributing these to people). Rhi needs to start a new
message if you want a specific solution for your problem.

You could ask "Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook]" what@ever or "Susan
Ramlet" to give you a quick b'job!
