Multiple Fades

Someone in this group was nice enough to explain to me how put fades in my
slide shows using the custom animation, effects, timing, etc. They work
really well, but I only use them occasionally in each show. I have seen
slide shows on the internet that are entirely done with fades. How is this
done? I seem to get confused enough trying to do more than one fade at a
time. Thanks for your help. CT
