Default Can I create a collage as a single photo in MS Picture Manager?

I just created a Yahoo group and wanted to create a collage of photos related
to marathon running since the free photo sources online are small pictures.
I have about 7 small photos that would make an interesting collage. Is there
any way, using the MS Office technologies for creating a digital photo
collage?

Picture Manager is a picture manager, not a graphics editor. There are
things you *could* do but you really should use a photo editing program,
such as Microsoft's Digital Editing Suite.
