Default Outlook 2007

I installed office 2007, set up the mail - all was working wonderful. The
user took the netbook home and for some reason cou;dn't access the email. So
she decided to uninstall office 2007.

I re-installed it but now get the following message:
Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook window. The
set of folders cannot be opened. The information store could not be opened.

I have run scanpst; resetnavpane; set up a new profile and finally
re-installed office again, but to no avail.

What do you suggest i try now?
