Default Bold Calendar on folder list

In Outlook 2002 (XP)
User has a bold calendar listed on folder list
User never received a meeting request
User cannot locate the "new" calendar item

What could this be and how can we identify it?

Change the clients view on their calendar to
"BY CATEGORY".
Select the VIEW menu
Select CURRENT VIEW
etc...
Then look for the unopened meeting request.
It will be the bolded entry.
