How can I draw a circular arc, a portion of a circle, in Publisher? Creating
a full circle, then overlaying a portion of the circle with a white rectangle
is messy and does not produce a clean result.

Hi Jeff
This may help.
I came across a similar problem at one time. I desparately used this method.
Insert Word Art/Point 8/Shift + underline/OK/Word Art Shape/Arch Up
Curve/Adjust as desired/Save.
Hope someone comes up with the correct answer for you.

Autoshapes, More Autoshapes, scroll down to Chord, remove the shadow from the
shadow menu, rotate.
There is also the lines Autoshapes where you can draw an arc.
