Default 2000 OPS File with Office 2003

I am in the process of upgrading the computers in our
enterprise from Office 2000 to Office 2003. Because of
the way that Office 2000 was originally installed, I am
planning on removing Office 2000 before installing Office
2003.

Can I create an OPS file from Office 2000 and restore it
for Office 2003? If so, do I use the 2000 ORK to create
the OPS and restore it with the 2003 version?

Hi John,

You shouldn't have to do anything special. Uninstalling Office 2000 will
NOT remove the User settings/files so they should be migrated to 2003
without any special action.
Give it a try, I think you will find that everything is migrated without
troubles.
