NEW MEASSAGES SHOWN IN TOOL BAR

My notification of new messages are popping up in the middle of my screen. I
do not want this. How can I get them to pop up at the bottom of my screen
only?

Does moving the pop-up elsewhere before closing it help?

You'll have to dig deep for this one. Tools, options, email options, advanced
email options, display a new mail......., desktop alert settings, preview,
and drag it where you want it by using the top handle.

No this does not help. I just want to get away from message bars popping up
in the middle of my work. It used to show up on the bottom of the screen and
flash in blue.
