Incorrect footer display in Word 2003
I have a document with custom properties that are defined as fields in a
footer. For field A, lets say a custom document property has a value of 1. I open up the Word document on a machine that has Word 2000. The value in the footer says 1. So far so good. I open up the same document in Word 2003, and the custom document property has a value of 1, however, in the footer, it displays a value of 2. When you Print the document, the field in the footer is printed with a value of 1. Why does Word 2003 not correctly display the footer field when in Word 2000, the footers are correctly displayed? |

Please ignore my other response. I just answered a PPT question here, so I
was in PPT mode and thinking I was in the PPT group. I'm losing my mind this week, I swear! -- Echo [MS PPT MVP] http://www.echosvoice.com "LouErc" wrote in message ...
