Default Unwanted Text When Printing

Until recently I have been producing a 3 monthly news letter using Publisher
with no problems. I went to print the latest document today and on page 11 of
23 (And only on page 11) A large letter "G" and "H" appear superimposed over
the rest of the text. These letters cannot be seen on the screen when I look
at the document.

Any help would be grately appreciated.

Have you checked for an updated printer driver?

Do you have anything in the scratch area? If you do drag the objects to the top
or bottom of your publication.

Open the graphics manager from Tools, is there a picture listed on page 11. Did
you use a drop cap?

How about the Master page, is there something there? Can your printer do
watermarks?

Are you using the same newsletter over and over and only changing the content?
You could be having some corruption. More times than not it will be a faulty
image.

I checked all the things you mentioned and even uninstalled and reinstalled
the printer with no results so I deleted pages 11 and 12 and inserted 2 new
pages. This solved the problem so I can only assume it was corruption?

Thank you for your help.
