Default How do I "shrink" a whole publication from A4 to A5 in Publisher

I am wondering uif it is possible to work in an A4 format with an existing
Word document, and then to shrink the whole thing to fit into an A5 format.
At present, using the "page setup" command, the paper will resize, but the
text remains the same size as before.

You need to make sure your text is set to shrink to fit.

(Easier to leave your file the size it is, convert it to a .pdf and then
print the .pdf file to whatever scale you need.)

Thank you! However the drop-down menu under "save as" does not offer .pdf as
one of the options . . .

CaptainOates was very recently
heard to utter:

That's because you need to use a separate PDF converting application, such
as PrimoPDF (available free from www.primopdf.com)
