Default Visio: what happened to the SmartShape wizard?

In previous versions of Visio there was a SmartShape wizard that, among other
things, allowed you to set properties such as allowing the text inside a
shape to resize in proportion to the shape, and other settings such as
"Gravity text" that would keep the text readable and "upright" whatever its
rotation angle. Any ideas? Are we stuck with the ShapeSheet spreadsheet?
and if so, where would these settings be?

Thank you very much in advance.

Steve Vincent
