Default laptop user susing single account offline\online

Hello,

I have a department that uses strictly laptops. They have
not been on a network (all running XP Pro)until now. The
laptops have been configured to login to the network
which now has created a separate profile on the laptop.
Now the users are complaing about resetting up a new
outlook profile. Is there any way of having Outlook use
one .pst regardless of if the user is on the network or
at home.

Thanks
Joe
