Default Line Chart Axis Reversal

Hi all,
Wonder if you can help.
I have a line chart with no of stations or a distance along the x axis and
time along the y Axis. what ever i try including swapping the tables round
manually and creating a pivot table, i cannot get the axis to reverse, to
have distance on the Y axis and Time on the X axis. Any Help would be
gratefully recieved.
Regards
