Default Break Link...Leave Text

I've built a multi-tab Excel 2000 spread that links from here to hell and
back. I want to scrap the contents, keep the forms I built, and start fresh
with only one page... the final report. I'll rebuild it backwards.

Is there a way I can void the single report I want in a new workbook but
leave the framework and text? I have a number of cells which link to other
sheets for text only. I want to break the link to those other sheets but
keep the text that it yields on the final report.
