I'd check the name of the shape to make sure it doesn't start with an
underscore.

Default Export Viso Shapes to Excel

I have about 40 - 50 objects. 1/2 the otehr 1/2 on another, (and 2 minor
objects based on another master) (o know less than 1/2 for at least one)
based on one master, and within each master there are about 10 pieces of
shape data. one of the larger masters, not of ojects /shape data cells are
showing up on the export. I had this all working at one point. As far as i
can recall the only thing that has changes is that I entered data for every
shape.

Other things to know about this drawing.
1) there are 5 tabs, the data spreads accross all tabs (the ones that work
are spread accross as well)
2) I have a custom Shape Graphic that does some minor calculations on the
shape data and displays it in a call-out. The same calculations / call-outs
are in all 3 masters.

I can send you the vsd if that helps, but I do not want it posted to the
community.
